The Walking Dead: Episode 1 – A New Day Review
0 CommentsPosted by Robert on April 30, 2012 under PC Gaming, PS3
The Walking Dead: Episode 1 is bloody, brutal, and hard to put down. Gripping storyline and first-rate characters and dialogue, fantastic and stylish artwork, panicky and crazy action sequences. This is not your average Telltale Games adventure. The developer best known for all-ages affairs like the Back to the Future and Tales of Monkey Island franchises has nimbly waded into the guts and gore ... more. -
Blacklight: Retribution Review

Blacklight: Retribution doesn't stand out from the crowd, but this free-to-play shooter offers a decent amount of bang for your non-buck. It's the future, that grim era some years ahead of us in which skies are almost always overcast, giant holograms of corporate mascots compete with each other for our attention, and opposing teams of agents shoot at each other in urban and industrial zones for r... more. -
I Am Alive Review

Constant tension and difficult emotional decisions make I Am Alive a powerful adventure. Your city is in ruins. Destroyed cars litter the decimated streets and lie dormant beside the crumbling buildings that struggle to rise above the twisted train tracks. Dust swirls and cloaks, choking anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in its suffocating gusts. And the people are in even worse shape than t... more. -
Mass Effect 3 Review

Mass Effect 3 is a remarkably satisfying conclusion to a beloved trilogy, and a poignant and memorable role-playing action game in its own right. Mass Effect was about time and place; you discovered the Milky Way's landmarks and races, guided by memorable characters like Tali and Garrus, who served as representatives of their cultures. Mass Effect 2 was about people; you learned more abou... more. -

Hard Reset Review

It's short and occasionally frustrating, but the fireworks display that is Hard Reset is still a blast. If you're into ridiculous, kill-it-if-it-moves PC shooters like Painkiller and Serious Sam, Hard Reset is the kind of game you want to love. Armed with crazy weapons and an itchy trigger finger, you shoot robots until they erupt in brilliant displays of fire and light. The game is a cyberpunk f... more. -

This gleeful third-person shooter is outrageously fun. Pure entertainment: that's Vanquish in a nutshell. In Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, you play as Captain Titus of the Ultramarines, who is humanity's last hope for survival in a war-ridden future. Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is on the shallow side, but it still serves up plenty of "waaagh!" If you're a Warhammer 40K fan, you've dreamed of taking up a chainsword and carving Orks into bloody chunks of flesh and bone. Warhammer 40,000: Space Mar... more.
